Naming scripts is a feature that allows Admins to indicate specific scripts in directions, allows Agents to search and access these scripts more easily, and helps keep the goal more organized for editing if needed.
With the script name, an Admin can identify a specific response to give to a specific type of question. If an Agent has a question during a Hustle, an Admin can point them to a specific answer by name, rather than having to have the lead read through the library of available scripts in a goal; this also leads to more consistent messaging for the Lead, where they get the answers they’re looking for with more direct labeling.
For example, with a script named parking, this name label translates directly over to the Agent interface in their usable scripts within their goal.
It’s also not necessary if you feel that this extra bit of work is stopping your goal -- if the Title field is left blank, it defaults back to "Info" in the agent display, which is the default header.
