Would you prefer to select a single phone number that rings any time a lead texts any agent in a group or org?? Good news, you can!
By default, for agents that have the Hustle mobile app installed on their mobile device and are signed in, if a contact calls the phone number that they were texted from the Hustle mobile app will display an incoming call which agents can press 1 to accept or 2 to opt out. (Both the contact's and agent's personal number is protected at all times, it's the Hustle app patching through the call). However, if you don't want agents' phone to ring, or if you are only hustling via the web app and want to designate a phone number to receive calls, you can set a specific org or group Inbound Routing Number!
To set an inbound routing number for an Organization, go to your Organization in the Hustle Admin Panel -> Settings -> General Settings -> Advanced. Enter the preferred inbound routing number (landline is ok!) and press Save. Remember that contacts may ask for the texter by name!

Enter the preferred inbound routing number (landline is ok!) and press Save. Remember that contacts may ask for the texter by name and this inbound routing number will apply for all goals.
