The 30-Day Overview Report is based on leads contacted in a rolling 30-day window within an entire organization. The dates and times are reported in UTC, which is 5 hours ahead of EDT and 8 hours ahead of PDT.
The report has a 20-minute lag and updates 3 times an hour. There is not currently a way to change the time frame to reflect anything but the past 30 days.
A. Messages Sent: The total number of messages sent in the past 30 days.
Messages Received: The total number of messages your agents have received in a response from a contact.
B. Lead Engagement Rate: Percentage of leads contacted in the past 30 days who replied one or more times.
Leads Contacted: number of unique phone numbers messaged
C. Lead Action Rate: Percentage of leads contacted in the past 30 days who took a positive action (were toggled to a “yes” in one or more goals).
D. Opt-out Rate: The percentage of leads contacted in the past 30 days who opted out.
E. Messages Sent and Received by Day: Bar graph of sent and received messages in a rolling 30 day showing total counts
F. Messages Sent by Group State: US Map that highlights the state where messages were sent from and the count of messages sent.
