When you are adding an agent to your Organization, a text is sent to the agent with a code that they use to validate their account on the Hustle platform. Normally this occurs fairly seamlessly. However, increased vigilance in carrier filtering has caused some of those texts to remain undelivered. When this happens, the agent does not get the code, and so cannot register for Hustle.
Our engineering team is actively working on this high priority issue, and we hope to have it resolved soon. In the interim, admins can manually confirm agents on their behalf as outlined in the PDF attached to this article.

Be sure to tell us the agent's name, email, phone number, and that you have already attempted the manual workaround (this last will help us save you time)!
