Both Agent and Admin emails are maintained by our support team as a security precaution.
As an Agent or Group Admin, if you need to change the email you use to access Hustle, have your Group or Org Admin send an email to support@hustle.com with the following information:
- First and last name
- Email address previously associated with the account
- New email address you would like your access email changed to
- Phone number associated with your profile
If you are an Org Admin, you may send an email to your CSM, or else email support@hustle.com in order for us to pair you with your CSM to facilitate this change.
Please note:
- This email must come from your new email address that you're requesting we change your Hustle email to.
- Please be aware that email address changes retain agents' previous conversations.
