Hello, we are so excited you will be joining us for Hustle Support’s Office Hours! We have a few guidelines that will hopefully ensure you get the most out of our time together:
- DO bring any technical issues, or things you’d like to troubleshoot.
- DO be prepared with links to groups, and the steps you’ve already taken.
- DO make sure you are an admin, and have permission to access all the information needed.
- DO be prepared to discuss your specific Hustle instance and setup, which could expose private information. If this is a concern, email us instead at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- DO be aware that other organizations and types of setups will be on the call. You may need to wait your turn for an answer, but we hope you’ll enjoy the collaborative space!
- DON’T confuse this with an onboarding. We have plenty of materials to help you get started, but this time is reserved for troubleshooting only.
While we may not be able to answer every question in this space, we’re hoping we can tackle a lot of them. If we don’t get to your item, though, we’ll get back to you by email following the webinar time together.
