This is the lowest level of permissions in the Hustle Admin panel. Group level Admins have the ability to set up their own structure within a Group in which they have been added as an Admin. Group Admins can adjust Group level settings, add Contacts and Agent and create their scripts to send out their messages in Hustle.
NOTE: Not all options below will necessarily be present as Group Admins inherit some group structure based on Org-level settings. If you feel you’re missing something crucial to your work, you will need to contact an Org Admin within your org to adjust this for you.
This role is perfect for anyone who you want to give the ability to handle their own Hustle instance within a Group but not at an Organization wide level (e.g. Digital Organizers, Campaign Managers, teams overseeing a specific Group of Contacts, etc.)
Group Level Admins have the ability to adjust the settings for the Group that they are an Admin of by heading to the ‘Group Settings’ tab from the Admin Panel. Here you can update the name, the location of the Group and add a short description to explain more about the Group. NOTE: Any changes to the location of the Group will update the area code for the Group for activity following the change, this is not a retroactive change!
