When you’re done setting up a Goal, you can save it as a draft it can be launched at a later time. Saving your goal as a draft lets you double check your work before you launch it.
Once a goal is launched, workflows become available and the following can’t be changed:
- Assignment strategy (Anyone vs. FCFS)
- Targeting
- Reminders

To save a goal as a draft:
- From the admin panel, click Goals > Add Goal and create your goal as your normally would.
- In the top right, click Save Draft.
- You'll be take all the drafts that are currently saved in the group.
- Note: On the drafts page, admins have the option to duplicate any drafts. To duplicate a goal, click the arrow next to edit > Duplicate draft, and choose which group to duplicate the draft into. The duplicate will show up in the drafts of the selected group.

- To make changes to a goal click Edit next to the name the goal. Once you've made your changes click Save Draft.
- Note: Anytime you leave the goal form page, you'll always be reminded to save your changes and to confirm you're ready to leave the page.
- Once a goal is ready to launch click Edit next to the name of the goal > Launch.
- Verify your goals targeting and setup > click Create Goal.
Note: The goal will be made live as soon as all the conditions are met in terms when agents can message, contact time, and messaging strategy.
To delete a draft goal, click the arrow next to the name of the goal > Delete draft.
Note: Deleting a draft is permanent and cannot be undone.
