This article provides instructions on how to update the phone number on your Hustle account from the profile settings of the Hustle web app. 🙌
If you don't remember your password see How do I reset my password?
To change your Hustle phone number:
- Login to your Hustle account at web.hustle.com.
- For admins, login to admin.hustle.com.
- Click on your Name > Profile Settings.
- Click Change Phone Number under your old phone number.
- Enter your new number and click Submit.
- Enter the verification token you receive at your new phone number > Submit:
- If you don't receive the text with the verification token, click Resending the token.
- If you made a typo, or need to use a different number, click Using a different number.
- A notification in the top right will appear verifying the phone number on the account has been changed.
If the changes can't be saved, it's likely the new number has already been added to a group. Admins can find instructions on how to resend invites to phone numbers in How do I resend an invite?
