What We Need for Your Review
Hustle Admin URL: The link to your TCR Compliance page in Hustle
Legal Company Name/DBA: The entity's legal company name and/or Doing Business As
Type of organization: What type of entity is this for? 501c3/4/5/6, Political Campaign, PAC, Government Entity, For Profit Company etc.
Will you be soliciting donations over text?: Yes/No
Message Type: What will you be texting about? (e.g., event invites, donation solicitations, membership information, etc)
Message Frequency: What frequency will you be sending messages? (We recommend "varies")
3 Sample Messages: Please provide three examples of what you intend to send
Opt-In URL: The link to the web form where users provide their phone number and opt in to messaging
Privacy Policy URL: The link to your full Privacy Policy page
