Hustle account admins have the highest level of access between the different levels of admin roles.
While not every team will require the complexity of an account structure, it helps for those that have a large network of admins and agents who belong to several efforts. For more information about admin roles, see What are the different admin Hustle roles?
You can manage your account and different organizations on the Account Overview page.
From the Account Overview page:

Organizations: Create and manage the organizations in your account. This includes duplicating or enabling outbound MMS for your organization, and other settings.
- Click Add Organization to create a new organization.
- Click Export to get a CSV file of all your organizations.

Members: Review and export members in your organization on their roles, including agents, managers, org admins, etc.

Admins and Managers
- Search for members by name, email, role, or phone number.
- View how many Organizations, Inboxes, and Groups the user has access to.
- Click Export to get a CSV file of all of your account's members, including the specific organizations, inboxes, and groups that the member has access to.
- Remove Member with a specific email from account.

Agents: Review and export agents in your organization.
- Search for agents by name, email, phone number.
- View which Groups agents have access to.
- Remove agent associated with a specific email from the account.

Admins and Managers
- Reports: Review core performance metrics, like engagement or opt out rate, at an account level and for different organizations. More info at Using Reports as a Hustle Admin

Account Settings: Manage the settings of your account. Including adding other account admins, changing opt out settings, and enabling Broadcast and outbound MMS for every organization in your account.
- Account Administrators: Add and remove account admins
- Automations: Set default automations permissions for all organizations.
- Broadcast: Enable Broadcast for all or specific organizations in your account.
- Dialer: Enable Dialer for all or specific organizations in your account.
- Hours of Operation: Set account-wide hours of operations and control settings for organizations, inbox, and automation messages.
- Integrations: Control setting for auto sync for groups integrated with BBLO, TeamRaiser, and Salesforce.
- Media & Messages: Enable outbound MMS, personalized clips, message protections, and script assistant tool for the account.
- Opt Outs: Control opt out sync by organization or account.

Compliance: Manage the TCR settings for your account and redact personally identifiable information from leads.

TCR:
- Set permissions for registering organization-level TCR Brands and Campaigns.
- Choose how to grant access to account-level TCR Campaigns.
- Add, edit, delete account-level TCR brands and campaigns.
- Redaction: Redact personally identifiable information (PII) from leads by phone number. These leads will no longer show up in the admin panel, but will still appear in exports and reports, with their PII redacted. This action is not reversible.

Content & Templates: Add account-wide custom fields that are accessible to all organizations for scripts and automations
- Custom Fields: Create account-level custom fields that will be available to all organizations in the account.

How do I add account admins?
To add an account admin go to the Account Settings tab in the Account Overview page and either choose from an existing member or invite a new admin by clicking Invite a new admin.
How do I find an organization?
The Account Overview page can be reached by an account admin by clicking their initials in the top right corner. This Account Overview page displays all the organizations within an account.
How do I add a new organization?
To add an organization go to the Account Overview page and click the Add Organization button in the top right.

How do I copy and delete an organization in an account?
Account admins can duplicate organizations in their account on the Account Overview page. Click the ellipsis (...) and click Duplicate organization.
Organizations can’t be deleted if agents or contacts have been added. To delete an organization with agents or contacts, please contact support.
When duplicating an organization, you'll create a new one and have the option to bring over the following settings:
- General settings
- Administrators
- Hours of Operation
- Tags
- Custom Fields
- VAN Integrations

How do I add account level scripts?
Account admins can add account level scripts that can be used by any organization and group within the account from the Content & Templates tab in the Account Overview.
Select Scripts -> add text script.
How do I enable Broadcast?
Account admins can enable Broadcast for specific or all organizations in the account from the Account Settings tab of the Account Overview page.

How do I enable MMS?
Account admins can enable outbound MMS for every organization in the account from the Account Settings tab of the Account Overview page.
Account admins can also enable outbound MMS for individual organizations from the Organizations tab of the Account Overview page.
How do I enable the Contact Card?
Note: Messages including a Contact Card will be sent as MMS. We recommend using Contact Cards with broadcast and consistent groups to build trust and consistency with your audiences. For any contract or billing questions, please reach out to your CSM. If you don't know who your CSM is, please contact support@hustle.com
Account admins can activate the Contact Card feature by navigating to Account Settings → Media & Messages → Outbound MMS → Allow account-wide outbound Contact Card MMS Only
Once enabled, admins and managers can attach the Contact Card to their scripts, making messages more recognizable and less likely to be filtered as spam. The Contact Card includes your organization’s contact information and can be saved directly to contacts' phones.

How do I enable personalized clips?
For Hustle organizations with personalized clips enabled, admins can require that agents include short video recordings called personalized clips to accompany messages in an initial and/or reminder workflow.
Personalized clips are up to 15 seconds long and only available when messaging via Hustle’s web app.

Account admins can choose to enable personalized clips for specific organizations or for every organization in the account from the Account Settings tab of the Account Overview page.
When selected, the option to enable personalized clips for a specific organization is available from the organizations option of the Account Overview.
Note: Personalized clips is not available to Canadian organizations. Organizations must also have MMS enabled to use personalized clips.

Opt out settings
By default, opt outs are specific to individual organizations. Account admins can set whether opt outs from one organization apply across all other organizations in the account.
How do I add account level custom fields?
From the Account overview, go to the Contact & Templates page. This is where you'll see your list of account-wide custom fields! These are accessible to all the organizations in your account.
To add more custom fields, select the Add Custom Fields button:
Enter the specific custom field you'd like to include in the bar below. Click the Add Another button to add more than one at a time! Check the box if you'd like the custom fields to 'Display on Contact Profile' in your organizations (you can also do this from the main Custom Fields page).
Don't forget to click Save!
