This article provides instructions on how to export your Hustle data. This data includes leads, messages, and lead actions.
Admins can download three types of exports from different levels of Hustle:
-
Goals:
-
Actions: All of the lead actions (Yes/No etc.) recorded in an individual goal.
-
Actions: All of the lead actions (Yes/No etc.) recorded in an individual goal.
-
Groups: These exports include data recorded by individual groups:
- Actions: All of the lead actions (Yes/No etc.) recorded in an individual group.
- Messages: Every inbound and outbound message in the group with their associated data including which agent sent the message, the time the message was sent, et al.
- Leads: Every contact that's been added to the group including their associated data like custom fields and active tags.
-
Organizations: These exports include data from every group and broadcast in the organization:
- Actions: Every lead action recorded in every goal launched in every group within the org.
-
Messages: Every inbound and outbound message from every group in the organization with their associated data including which agent sent the message, the time the message was sent et al.
- Leads: Every contact in every group including their associated data like custom fields and active tags
- Broadcast Messages: Every message that has been sent and received from broadcasts and the inbox with additional data like which admin sent the message, the time the message was sent and external IDs of leads (integration ids).
The Actions, Messages, and Leads export from the Group and Org exports have the same columns and vertical order. (i.e. the org. action exports have the same columns as the group actions, etc.) The Broadcast Message export does not share the same fields and field order as the other Group and Org exports.
What level of exports you'll download depends on how much data you need:
- Exports from the group level will be smaller since they'll only contain information from an individual group.
- Exports from the organization level will be larger since they'll include data from every group, broadcast, and inbox message in the org.
Note: Hustle data gets exported as a .gz or .zip file. For instructions on how to unzip a .gz or .zip file to get a CSV file that has your Hustle data, see https://www.wikihow.com/Extract-a-Gz-File.
