The Performance Overview Report is a customizable report that details leads contacted in a chosen time window within an entire organization. This report breaks down the contact journey by chosen timeframe. The tables quickly show the amount of messages sent and received to highlight engagement, the actions asked and committed to by your groups, and the percentage of opt-outs. Additionally, there are new detailed reports for outbound and inbound messages and calls as individual group responses.
This report is available to all organization admins. Each time Performance Overview is opened the entire organization’s data displays with data included from the point of the organization’s creation date.

Navigating the Overview Report
The report can be accessed by clicking the Report section from the admin page, http://admin.hustle.com/.
Click into the Performance Overview card to display the reports themselves.
When the Performance Overview loads, it’s displaying a fresh load of all accessible data to the administrator.
The first two tables do not display data points but instead display that you’re looking at the Performance Overview Table and then include the date range and refresh time before showing the actual data.
If you need a quick explanation of what a specific table is displaying, simply hover over the little ‘i’ for information and it will display for the corresponding box.
You can download any data you have displayed on your table as an individual data point, which will download as a CSV. To do this, hover in the upper right corner of the data table and click the three lines that indicated ‘More Options.’ From there, select ‘Download Data.’ Keep in mind that the data that downloads are the numerical points displayed on the chart, not the chart itself.
If you wish to share the data as a chart, you will need to take a screenshot of the graphical version in this dashboard. There is currently not a way to export the graphs at this time.

The Engagement Rate, Action Rate, and Opt-out Rate are displayed in side-by-side tables and graphs displaying performance in chosen date range and aggregation. It is possible to download the graph in both graph and table format from the ‘More Options’ option described in the navigation section of this article.
Similarly, message details are also available in detail for outbound and inbound messages sent by your groups, including details about MMS. For all categories, the ‘i’ in the upper left corner will display a brief description explaining the information displayed in the same box.
Applying Filters to Build Custom Reports
You can access report filters by clicking on the discretion arrow next to the word ‘filters’ at the top of the performance overview page. If there are Filters selected, they will display to the right of the discretion arrow as highlighted below.
- Groups: While the overview report natively shows all groups with an organization when opened, all groups within your organization will individually populate here including archived groups. To limit the display on the dashboards to only include group-specific data, check the groups you wish to include in the display.
- Note: Archived groups are only available for review in the unfiltered, Performance Overview report.
- Aggregate: Set the cadence of the displayed data based on how often you’d like to see data points.
- Date Range: Alter the range in which your data is displayed. Select a predetermined amount of total time from the radio buttons, or set a custom range. You might use a custom range to focus on one month, and then change it to another, in order to compare data.
