The Performance Overview is a customizable report for account and organization admins that breaks down the contact journey by chosen timeframe. The charts display the amount of messages sent and received to highlight engagement across Hustle goals, the actions asked and committed to in groups, and the percentage of opt-outs. Additionally, there are new detailed reports for outbound and inbound messages and calls as individual group responses. The account and organization Performance Overview reports also now include data from and filters for Broadcast, Dialer, and P2P! 🎉

Navigating the Overview Report
The report can be accessed by selecting Reports from the left navigation of the admin panel.
Select the Performance Overview to access the report for this organization.
When the Performance Overview loads, you'll see at the top the date range of all-time data included, from the organization's creation date through the most recent data refresh.
If you need a quick explanation of what a specific table is displaying, simply hover over the little ‘i’ for information and it will display for the corresponding box.
You can download individual charts from the report as a CSV file. To do so, hover in the upper right corner of the data table and click the three lines More Options. From there, select Download Data.
Note: The download option will provide an export of the numerical points displayed on the chart, not the chart itself.
For graphs, the More Options will include the option to download the image itself by selecting Download Image.
Reading the data on the Overview Report
The Engagement Rate, Action Rate, and Opt-out rates are displayed in side-by-side tables and graphs for the chosen date range and aggregation. Admins can download the data in both graph and table format from More Options as described in the navigation section of this article.
Similarly, the report contains details for outbound and inbound messages sent by your groups and in broadcast goals over time, including SMS vs. MMS and inbound / outbound calls in Dialer goals.

-
Groups: By default the report will display data for all active groups in the organization. To limit the display on the dashboards to only include group-specific data, check all the groups you wish to include.
- Aggregate: Set the cadence of the displayed data based on how often you’d like to see data points. Options for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Date Range: Alter the range in which your data is displayed. Select a predetermined amount of total time from the radio buttons, or set a custom range. You might use a custom range to focus on one month, and then change it to another, in order to compare data.
