Hustle now allows account and organization admins to see all Contacts at the Organization-level, on the new Contacts page! This is a space for admins to search through and locate contacts in their Hustle organization! You'll be able to search by standard fields such as Group, Name, Phone Number, Tags and Custom Fields in your organization!
You can navigate to the contacts page from the left hand side menu on your admin panel. Once on the Contacts page, admins will be able to scroll through every contact in an organization, alphabetized by First Name.

On the Organization Contacts page, you'll be able to search by a contact's name or phone number and see the following information: phone number, postal code, opt-out status, which tags are applied to them, and links to the groups they are in!
Note: Admins can import the postal code field data through a CSV import from a specific group. See How do I add contacts to Hustle? This information can be viewed from the Organization Contacts page and will follow the Hours of Operation for the contact-specific timezone. This timezone will be set by the local timezone selected during Inbox setup and only applies to Broadcast goals. Admins can control this setting when they are setting up a Broadcast goal. When admins click into the search bar, they can select for contacts by Group, Name, Phone Number and Tag fields and apply corresponding filters to their search. Admins can also search by specific custom fields in their organization.
How do I search for a contact by group?
Admins can search contacts by group using the following filters:
Show contacts that are:
- in the selected group(s)
- not in the selected group(s)
- active in the selected group(s)
- not active in the selected group(s)
How do I search for a contact by name?
Admins can click on the Name field and leave the search filter empty to show contacts that:
- Have a name
- Do not have a name
Admins can also search for specific contacts by entering a name in the search bar to show contacts with a name that:
- Contains the name entered
- Exactly contains the name entered
- Does not contain the name entered
How do I search for a contact by phone number?
Admins can also use the Phone Number field to show contacts with phone numbers that do or do not:
- Contain the phone number
- Start with the phone number
- End with the phone number
How do I search for a contact by tag?
Admins can search by tag to show contacts that
- have the tag applied
- do not have the tag applied
If an admin searches for a specific tag, they can select the tag that matches the search term or filter for contacts with a tag containing that search term.
How do I search for a contact by custom field?
When admins click into the search bar, they can select a custom field to filter their search.
When an admin selects a custom field, they can filter for contacts that:
- Have that custom field applied
- Do not have have that custom field applied
How do I customize the columns for my Organization's Contacts?
Admins can customize the columns on the Organization Contacts table by clicking on the icon to the right of the Groups. Admins can click on each column name or custom field to show or hide the specific column.
If a column has the eye icon next to it, that means that the column is currently visible on the page.
